Our consulting rooms are open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

How to find us

Our main consulting rooms are located in Crows Nest on Sydney's Lower North Shore, on the corner of Pacific Highway and Rocklands Road. We are located adjacent to the Mater Hospital. The clinic is easy to access by both car and public transport.

Parking

Metered street parking is available along the Pacific Highway immediately outside the clinic. Please note that the northbound lanes become a clearway after 3:00 pm on weekdays, so be sure to check the parking signs carefully.
Additional undercover parking is available at:

• Mater Hospital undercover carpark
• Poche Centre carpark, directly opposite the main entrance to the Mater Hospital

Getting Here by Public Transport

Sydney Metro

The new Sydney Metro line services Crows Nest Station, which is approximately a 5-minute walk from our clinic.

Train

The nearest train stations are:

• North Sydney Station
• Wollstonecraft Station

Both stations are within easy reach by bus, taxi or on foot.

Bus

Frequent bus services operate along the Pacific Highway. Alight at the Rocklands Road stop, located directly opposite our clinic.

Additional Consulting Locations

In addition to our main consulting rooms in Crows Nest, A/Prof Taylor consults regularly at Bella Vista in Sydney's North West and Tamworth.

Telehealth Appointments

We also offer Telehealth consultations via Zoom or telephone.
Although we generally recommend an in-person consultation for your first appointment whenever possible, we appreciate that this is not always practical for patients who live outside Sydney or have difficulty travelling.

If you would prefer a Telehealth appointment, please contact our office and our team will be pleased to arrange this for you.

Your First Visit

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for registration and completion of a health questionnaire.
Please bring the following:

• Your GP or specialist referral
• Your Medicare or Department of Veterans' Affairs card
• Your private health insurance details (including your level of hospital cover)
• Copies of any relevant investigations, including blood test results, X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasounds or other imaging relating to your condition.

Cancelling Your Appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please telephone our office during business hours or send us an email as early as possible. Providing as much notice as possible allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient awaiting consultation. And we really appreciate the courtesy.
